delta.utils.cell_width_length(cell_poles, distance_map)[source]¶

Measure width and length of single cell.

Parameters:

cell_polestuple[Pole, Pole]: Poles of the cell.
distance_mapImage: Distance transform of the segmentation mask.

Returns:

widthfloat: Cell width.
lengthfloat: cell length.
